There are various sports supplements on the market today that aims to help aid weight loss and also fat loss.  These supplements are not only for people who want to lose weight, but also gain lean muscle.  Typically the supplements contain carbohydrates for satiety and protein for muscle building properties, amongst other fat burning ingredients like l-carnitine, bitter orange peel and green tea extract to name a few.

In the UK, one of the most popular diet sports supplements is Maximuscle’s Promax Diet.  It consist of a meal replacement formula to help support your weight loss goals.  Promax Diet is a blend created for customers who are weight conscious and looking for an extremely high quality nutritional supplement to aid their weight loss program.  Maximuscle Promax Diet is a low calorie meal replacement supplement containing only 228 calories per serving (when mixed with water). Creatine Stability

Creatine Stability

Again, this comes back to the whole, to sell a product, a problem needs to be solved or a problem needs to be created and then solved. Creatine stability comes into the latter category. Studies showed that when creatine was left for three days in a very acidic solution, of pH 3 to 3.5, about 21% had converted to creatinine, therefore it is considered to be a very stable substance. As a comparison, if you were to leave the creatine for about an hour or two in tap water pH, the conversion is almost non existent. Even increasing this amount of time left in tap water to a day or two, the result is still fairly negligible. However, creatine is not stable long term, for example in months and years.

A while back, liquid creatine and other various forms were all the rage, but not now, because they were found not to be stable. As far as normal use of creatine goes, it is a non issue. Several independent tests have been conducted over the years, and it was found that creatine monohydrate, such as reflex creatine or usn creatine, was very stable.
